Piper’s Pals Rescue is an incubator project of Chappy & Friends, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering homeless, neglected, and medical-needs dogs on California’s Central Coast. With the help of volunteer foster families, we aspire to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and needs.
